## 1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to physical addresses nationwide across all nine provinces in South Africa, including:
* **Major Metropolitan Areas:** Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha), Bloemfontein, East London, Polokwane, Nelspruit, etc.
* **Regional & Remote Outer Areas:** Towns, townships, and rural residential addresses.
*Please note: Aramex delivers directly to physical door addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.*

## 3. Order Processing Times
* **Processing Window:** Orders placed before **12:00 PM (SAST)** Monday through Friday are packed and prepared for Aramex collection on the same day.
* **Cut-Off Times:** Orders placed after 12:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

Once Aramex collects your package from our warehouse:
1. You will receive an automated **Shipping Confirmation Email & SMS** containing your unique **Aramex Tracking Number** (Waybill Number).

## 5. Delivery Process & Safety
* **Door-to-Door Delivery:** Aramex couriers deliver between **08:00 AM and 17:00 PM**, Monday to Friday.
* **Contact Prior to Delivery:** The courier driver may call or send an SMS prior to arrival to confirm someone is available at the provided delivery address.
* **Signature Required:** To ensure your Hand Cure massager arrives safely, a signature (or OTP verification) is required upon receipt.

## 6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Attempts
* **Accuracy:** Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at checkout. Hand Cure is not responsible for delivery delays or extra costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details.
* **Unattended Deliveries:** If no one is available to receive the package, Aramex will attempt delivery again on the following business day or contact you to reschedule. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Every Hand Cure order shipped via Aramex is transit-insured for your peace of mind.
